I received a copy of this book by the author in return for an honest review. This is the second book in the Friendship Bog series for children. I loved it!Pibbin is a small tree frog. He lives in the Friendship Bog, along with his friends, Leeper, Gaffer, Carpenter and Miss Green. When Gaffer's story shell goes missing, Pibbin finds himself in another dangerous adventure! This is a wonderful story for children between the ages of 5 and 8. Pibbin is a very small tree frog, but he has a heart of a lion. Once he makes up his mind to do something, even if it is very scary, he will do it. He is a very brave little frog. I love reading about his adventures in Friendship Bog. There are some fantastic illustrations that the children will love. The story is very engaging, and will keep the children enthralled until the very end. The flow of the story makes this an ideal bedtime read.Gloria Repp has written a wonderful series that teaches the importance of friendship, and bravery, even in the face of adversity. I highly recommend this series for children, and look forward to reading more of Pibbin's adventures in the future. - Lynn Worton
