Book Three Final Hour of the Hunter Third in The Midnight Hunter Trilogy (Miidnight Hunter Trilogy)

Final Hour of the Hunter - Bonnie Bernard This is the third and final book in the Midnight Hunter Trilogy. I loved it!Donna Deangelo is a fantastic character. Not only is she a wife to a vampire, she is a loving mother to a beautiful baby girl. You would think that she deserves her happiness after all she's been through, but when she accidentally (or was it?) crashes her car into the Goddess of Chaos, all hell breaks loose.I loved this series from the first page, so I have been eagerly wanting to read this book for a while now. I'm just sorry it took me so long to get to it.The story continues two years after the end of the second book finished. I was quickly thrown back into the world of vampires, demons and goddesses. The story was imaginative and fast paced. I struggled to put it down! In fact, I read it in one sitting! I got to revisit some old characters, but I also met some new ones. Especially Lucinda (Donna and Hunter's daughter - half human/half vampire) and Jasmine and Joshua (Cassandra and Howie's twins - part human/demon/vampire). These characters are special in more ways than one. There is a prophesy to be solved, and the Underworld and Earth to save. This book has a MAJOR surprise right at the end. I was completely thrown! Never mind that this is the final book - I WANT MORE!! Bonnie Bernard has written an amazing series that has touched me in many different ways. It's made my heart leap at the danger and thump with love, loss, hope and a lot of other emotions. I highly recommend this unique YA Paranormal Romance book (and series) if you love vampires, demons and goddesses. - Lynn Worton
